Axtria

Axtria is composed as an architectural composition of three independent ground-floor volumes in the settlement of Roupes in Rethymno, oriented toward the sea and with a clear integration into the site’s topography.

The layout is organized through gentle shifts of the units in both plan and elevation, following the natural slope of the plot and forming a balanced composition of independence and cohesion.

The residences are developed as low, clean volumes, where the relationship between interior and outdoor space is shaped through semi-open zones and private exterior areas.

The whole project is approached as a subtle architectural intervention that integrates into the landscape, structuring space through geometric clarity and a controlled visual relationship with its surroundings.
